Call our office and a service technician will be dispatched to your business, or you can drop off your equipment or ship to us for repair. Whichever way you choose, you can be assured that your equipment will be repaired promptly with quality parts by our trained service technicians.

Return Authorization

EMS offers a Return Authorization program to send in broken equipment for repair. The customer calls our office (614-239-9393) to request an RA form, then follows the instructions to ship the equipment to our service department via UPS or FedEx. Once received, the equipment is typically repaired and shipped back to the customer the same day.
