EMS does not hire or contract third party installers. Our dedicated team of service technicians can perform a worry free installation of your point of sale system. A site visit is performed prior to installation to assure no surprises on the date of installation.

Training/Live Day Support 

From the time your database is developed and reviewed for implementation, EMS will work with your staff to assure they completely understand how to operate your point of sale system.  Our dedicated Support Analysts will thoroughly train members of your staff and will be on-site during your live day to offer support and assistance and to make sure the operation of your point of sale system runs smoothly.
